Fairway Haven sleeps 6 and is perfectly situated within the peaceful Sea Pines Resort, overlooking the scenic fairways of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course and clubhouse. This updated villa blends comfort, style, and location—just minutes from the Sea Pines Beach Club and close to everything that makes a Hilton Head getaway unforgettable.
The villa was refreshed with all-new living room furniture in 2025, creating a comfortable and inviting space to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re cooking for family or enjoying a quiet night in.
This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, with additional sleeping space available to make family travel easy and convenient. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy beautiful golf and clubhouse views—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
Guests can enjoy the neighborhood’s seasonal pool and are just a short walk or quick bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. From there, hop on the complimentary trolley to Harbour Town for dining, shopping, water activities, and entertainment.
Additional highlights include high-speed internet, a bright open layout, and a central location that makes it easy to explore all Sea Pines has to offer.
Pool Information: The pool deck is open year-round; however, pool water access is available seasonally and is closed from October 1 through April.
