We’d like to clarify that the brief meet-and-greet at arrival was included in our pre-arrival communication, as we like to personally ensure everything is set for a smooth check-in. That said, we understand that timing and expectations around in-person visits can feel different once you’ve arrived, and we’ll work on making this even clearer and more comfortable for future guests. Regarding checkout day, we apologize if our messages felt excessive. Our intent is simply to coordinate with our cleaning team, but we understand how the timing may have come across as rushed.
