We are within a 5 minute walk to the American Fork Recreation Center. It features an amazing Indoor/Outdoor slide with plenty of diving boards for the kids!

There is a sweet family living in the mother-in-law apartment downstairs.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
