Tasteful design, mixed with cool colors, creates the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. Whether it’s a day at the beach or a dip in the pool, both are just steps away from your oversized patio. Trips to the nearby Publix, local shops, and restaurants are even easier with an assigned parking spot right outside your front door.
Great views from the moment you walk in! Spacious dining room, for those times you just want to stay in, located right next to the gorgeous, updated kitchen. Stocked with everything you need, making meals here can be just as easy as home.
The spacious living room, with 2 recliners and a comfy sofa, has room for the whole gang. Need more space? Step through the sliders onto the huge patio where you can enjoy watching sunrises with your morning cup of coffee.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, plenty of storage, and a private bathroom with a tub.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin.
Guest bathroom has a shower.
