The location of this property was perfect. The home was clean and nicely appointed. Communication with management company was excellent. My only suggestion would be to provide down pillows. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Charming and Very Clean!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The location couldn’t be better. It is a short walk to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, making it easy to explore shops and waterfront restaurants. This home has historic charm while still offering modern comforts. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in and the entire house was spotless from top to bottom. You could tell so much care went into preparing the home for guests. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Annapolis!

Great house in a perfect location. House was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 7. Great communication with management company. Provided parking spot is close to a mile away from the property, but I think that may be quite normal when staying in this particular location. Great stay, highly recommend! Beds were comfortable.

Loved the location of this cute house and it was large enough for our family. Proximity to downtown Annapolis was excellent. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave so we found the third floor bedroom a little warm while sleeping. Even with a fan and AC turned up, it was warmer than we prefer. Other than that, we loved the place.

We stayed at the cedar house for my daughter’s wedding at the Naval Academy, we would love to return to this house to vacation in Annapolis. It is perfectly located and we had access by walking to all of our events. Cathy and Sean from Itrip were more than helpful. I cannot express how much they helped make this trip less stressful. Given that it was the sail boat show, Cathy stayed in touch and we were able to secure early entry. Thank you!! The first floor was large enough for pre wedding gatherings. The Harry Potter bathroom was very convent. This is a historic house with stairs. The second floor was beautifully decorated and the suite on the third floor was incredibly comfy. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. Check out was easy and finding the garbage cans is not hard. Can’t wait to return. 5 stars!

Thank you for the space. It was convenient to the Naval Academy which we needed. I love that each of the 3 couples staying had their own bathroom. The beds were nice and big. It was perfect.

Lovely stay at Cedar House

We had an amazing time in Annapolis! The location for the house couldn't be better - it's a short walk to everything downtown, shops, restaurants, Main Street, the Naval Academy, all of it. Everything in the house seemed new, and the bedrooms were surprisingly big for a historic home. Three full baths were a huge plus, too. We will definitely be back very soon!

Amazing new spot in DTA!

Thank you for a wonderful stay this long weekend! Bedrooms were well appointed, and the home had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather! The welcome box included all the essentials for a good start to our stay- it’s all in the details! The location of this property is PERFECT for a Midshipman visit, Navy football game, or just strolling on Main Street!

Annapolis perfection!

Just enjoyed the most relaxing weekend in this beautiful home! It was the perfect location to explore Annapolis. Literal steps away from all of the dining, shopping, and adventures that Annapolis has to offer but also the most peaceful setting to enjoy a cup of coffee in the beautiful garden. The home is so well appointed with charming decor, and very comfortable beds and furniture throughout. The coffee bar and welcoming amenity kits for the kitchen and bathrooms were such a nice touch. As someone who appreciates the little things, I loved the very extensive glassware collection for cocktails and bedside tables with built-in charging ports. Surprising large bathrooms and bedrooms with plentiful storage and a kitchen stocked with everything you’ll need. Truly the perfect location for your Annapolis trip! Cannot wait to stay here again.
