BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Bandera County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 9, 2025: Bandera County has issued a burn ban due to severe fire hazards and red flag warnings in the Hill Country. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!



The house is near Medina River, the neighborhood has a private access point. A key card will be provided inside the home, it's required in order to access the river. You are welcome to swim and fish in the Medina River.

Guests will have access to the home via lockbox code and guests will have access to the private access point to Medina River
