The Slow Horse – Modern Townhouse in the Heart of Lexington
A modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat steps from Rupp Arena, the Distillery District, and downtown Lexington. Designed for comfort, calm, and connection; perfect for weekends, work trips, or the Bourbon Trail.
Each bedroom has its own private bath and plush bedding. Two rooms feature king beds with walk-in closets; the third has a queen and full ensuite.
The open-concept main level is bright and relaxed with a smart TV, books, and fast 1-Gig fiber Wi-Fi. The kitchen is stocked with quality cookware, Swift coffee, and a natural gas Weber grill just outside on the deck.
Keep your rhythm with a Peloton bike, yoga mat, and foam roller. Or pour a drink and unwind on the deck’s cushioned seating while the city hums nearby.
You’ll have parking for three vehicles, in-unit laundry, and everything you need to settle in.

We love this spot because it feels alive. The townhouse sits in a quiet, modern complex, but it’s along a main road, so you’ll notice some city noise at times. That’s part of what keeps you connected to everything happening nearby.
From here, it’s easy to walk to the Distillery District, catch a show at Manchester Music Hall, or be downtown in minutes. Rupp Arena is close enough to stroll, and Keeneland and the airport are a quick drive. Some of our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and local hangouts are right around the corner.
What we love most is that it feels real. This isn’t a manicured tourist zone. It’s an accessible, connected part of Lexington where you can slow down, explore, and settle in like a local.
From here, it’s easy to walk to the Distillery District, catch a show at Manchester Music Hall, or be downtown in minutes.
