Your charming retreat is the ideal vacation spot for your next sunny Florida getaway. Your beach getaway features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and beds for up to eight guests. Enjoy the plush comfortable sectional sofa and seating. Comes with beach cart, four chairs and a beach umbrella.

The space
Stepping into Palm Breeze at Inlet Beach, you will find a seaside haven recently updated with new furniture, decor, flooring, and an inviting outdoor space for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The spacious open floor plan on the first floor consists of a living area that seamlessly flows into the dining and kitchen area. This well-designed space allows your group to feel connected as they gather around the 8-person dining room table. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with contemporary appliances, including both Keurig and classic coffee makers, ensures your effortless meal preparation.

Just off the kitchen, at the rear of the home, is a door that leads to the backyard where you will easily flow from the kitchen to the deck, with seating and a propane gas grill that sits ready for you to grill steaks to perfection.

 features two sets of twin bunk beds (please no children under the age of 6 on top bunks, per manufacturer guidelines), and a Samsung SmartTV.

There is one full bath serving the two guest bedrooms.

The backyard is not fully fenced in. It does have a fence on three sides.

No pets of any kind allowed.

Palm Breeze at Inlet Beach is a pet-free home. If any breed of animal, large or small, is found to have been at the home, an additional cleaning fee of $1150 will be charged for deep cleaning and replacement of all bedding and rugs.

Any person over the allowed eight-person maximum occupancy will be charged $55 per person per day. Primary guest (reservation holder) assumes responsibility for any and all damages to the property from all family members and guests.

The primary guest who booked must be on property accompanying all guests for the duration of your stay.

No smoking, vaping or burning of any substance inside the home.
