Mountain-Framed Haven: Quiet Valley Retreat

I am an entrepreneur and enjoy learning new things, currently I am serving in the military at Fort Knox in Kentucky. I own this house jointly with my parents. They live upstairs and personally manage the AIRBNB. My mom- Colleen is a very successful real estate agent. She strives for the best experience for her clients and now our guests who stay in the AIRBNB. The basement was designed to be it's own home. It has a seperate entrance and completely private and separate from the rest of the house. She makes sure it is always in pristine condition, everything looks brand new and spends lots of time dedicated to providing a 5+ star experience. We love to travel and stay in AIRBNBs and look for ones that go the extra mile, are very clean and have fun things to do. We play a lot of games and so having a table to do that is important. We love to find places to make great memories and love that we now can provide that for our guests. Our goal is for our guests to enjoy their stay and remember it as a place they will look forward to returning. She personally makes all the beds to provide the best, most comfortable sleeping experience. She provides a variety of pillows, firm, soft, feather, no feather, all kinds, so everyone has just the right one. The sheets and most blankets are chosen with great care. They are all washed after every guest. A lot are organic cotton and we are always looking for new things to add and making sure everything is still in it's new condition. The kitchen has both plastic and glass cups, plates and bowls. We provide baby and childrens dishes, cups too. Lots of appliances, pots, pans, steamers, colanders, foil, ziploc bags, plastic wrap and foil. If we missed anything or you need something we haven't thought of don't hesitate to reach out.

We love Spanish Fork! At the base of the canyon we often get winds from the canyons which keeps the air fresh and clean. Spanish Fork still feels rural but it is also close to all of the local amenities. There is a local Walmart, Target and Costco. New restaurants pop up regularly. Having a .34 acre lot, there is a lot of privacy between neighbors and our house in particularly has an open field behind us, which will be a beautiful park very soon. We have mountains in every direction! It is the most beautiful area and close to visit UVU or BYU while not feeling like you're in the city.

We live at the base of the canyon. There are mountain views all around. We have lots of walking paths and live in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. We manage our own AIRBNB and personally make each bed ourselves. Our professional cleaners come between each guest and clean thoroughly...then we "fluff" every room, making sure everything is wiped off and in place. All the items that we provide in case you forgot something. All bathroom carpets, towels, beds are striped to the mattress including the mattress protector, pillows have protectors and are changed with each new guests. All decorative pillows are washed every stay. The refrigerator is stocked with unopened condiments, local eggs, butter, bottled water and milk. The pantry has popcorn, bread, peanut butter, jelly, honey, tuna, ramen, rice, oatmeal, pancake mix, syrup, cake mix, frosting, baking soda & powder, flour, sugar and vanilla. The upper cupboard by the stove has lots of spices. The bathrooms have new toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, scrubbies to use with the wash, unopened bar soap, deodorant, lotion, mouthwash, extra toilet paper, air freshener, shaving cream, cleaning supplies, paper towels, kleenex, makeup remover and blow dryer. The linen closet has extra towels, vacuum cleaner, high chair, baby shampoo, lint brushes. There is a washing machine with laundry soap, dryer sheets, spot remover.
