Everything you need for the perfect family getaway!

Our lakefront condo sits right at the water’s edge, so you can relax on the private deck while the kids fish and feed the ducks just steps away. One of the unique features of this unit is direct access from the deck to the walkway, leading you straight to the pool, docks, and lake swim area because if you’re coming to the lake, you should truly be able to enjoy it.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Southwood Shores, near Four Seasons off Horseshoe Bend at the 12-mile marker. It’s conveniently close to everything while still offering a peaceful, scenic setting.

The condo is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully updated, featuring new TVs throughout and brand-new mattresses (2026) for a comfortable stay. You’ll have access to wireless internet in the unit, as well as at the clubhouse perfect for staying connected while the kids enjoy the indoor pool or hot tub.

Both bedrooms and the deck include ceiling fans, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, along with beautiful granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for added convenience. Be sure to set aside time to unwind on your private deck overlooking the lake it’s the perfect spot to relax.

The amenities at Southwood Shores truly stand out. While many complexes offer only an outdoor pool, this community includes:

Please note: there are steps leading to the unit, but that’s what gives you this unbeatable, close-to-the-water location. Once inside, you’re just steps away from the lake, docks, and all the amenities.

This was our second stay and it’s always a good time! Their condo is very accommodating from amenity’s to close fishing and close gas station. My teenagers loved staying and we had the best family weekend. My parents love this condo

I was very impressed with this property! Just a few minor cleanliness issues but overall great! Would stay again for sure. The host was very accommodating given the huge storm that passed thru 2 days prior to our reservation! She was wonderful!!!! A thousand thumbs up! Thank you!

We had a great time at the condo. It’s right on the water and the location is centrally located to all lake activities. Even though it’s a first floor condo, you do have to take two sets of stairs down to access it. The host, Charlene, was an incredible communicator.

The condo was very nice and updated! The lower level is convenient for walking to and from our boat dock everyday! The host was easy to communicate with. The update to the second bedroom is nice with 2 full beds. The bed in the master bedroom is pretty firm, so that’s something to be aware of if you are used to a softer mattress and have issues sleeping. Overall, I’d recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

I think this is 17 or 18 years that our family has enjoyed this weekend at this specific condo. It is our "kick off to summer" and we always love the pool, fishing and just relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Thanks for another fun time!

Overall could use a little TLC. We had an infant and there were a lot of cords under the TV that could be tucked away very easily. The fan on the deck was not working. The gate lock off the back deck was broke when we arrived and the grill very much needed to be cleaned. The kids really loved the toys and activities the condo had to offer!

The hottub was fabulous! The unit was lovely and right on the water. Appliances were new and we had no problems with anything.

The perfect getaway spot!

My location of this condo was perfect! It was great to be right on the water and steps away from the dock. The outdoor pool was a very short walk away! The complex was very nice and clean with illuminated side walk around the water, which was great for morning and evening walks. Everything was included within the condo plus some! Highly recommend!

First visit to LOTO, can't wait to come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southwood Shores, the condo was perfect and being on the lower level was ideal for our pups. It was great to sit on the patio in the mornings and evenings watch all the happenings and chatting with the locals and visitors.We also got a nice surprise, on a Saturday in June, the pool had live entertainment and a cookout. I suspect the HOA members put this together, it was a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very clean. Having a washer/dryer on-site was excellent. As well as the other appliances. We enjoyed the deck and being able to walk out onto the walking path by the lake. The ducks, geese, and turtles were a plus. However the chain was broken on the decks fan, so we were unable to use that.Our kids were excited to find toys and books to play with. Had trouble with the TVs in the bedrooms; not hooked up correctly.

Love the new updates! It’s always a great time staying here! It’s nice that it only has a few steps down to sidewalk to get to the pool and the pool is only a 1-2 min walk from our door. We hope to be back next year.
