• 1 Twin Sofa Bed
• Full Kitchen – stocked with essentials to cook your favorites
• Smart TV + Free Wi-Fi – for a cozy night in
• Heated Pool – open sunrise to sunset with loungers, umbrellas & tables
• On-Site Laundry – pack light and stay longer
• Free Parking – right on site
• Beach Access – walk out and you’re there
Please help us keep the unit in great condition for all guests by following these check-out steps:
✅ Return keys to the grey dropbox located near Door 11
✅ Lock all doors and windows
✅ Turn off all lights, fans, TVs, and appliances
✅ Set A/C to 75°F
✅ Gather all used towels in one spot
✅ Remove all trash and place it in the designated bins outside
🚫 NO smoking inside the unit
🚫 NO parties or events
🚫 NO unregistered guests (Please ask before inviting anyone over)
🔕 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
