LOON CALL COTTAGE AT LITTLE SEBAGO LAKE: Sleeps 2-4 very comfortably. Not suitable for small children. Lake is directly across the quiet neighborhood road (very low-traffic) with easy waterfront access a quick minute stroll down the semi-private lane.

**Little Sebago has a very healthy loon population of approximately 20 adult males and females. You’ll be amazed by their hoots, yodels, tremolos, and wails, each distinct in meaning and purpose. They return year after year to feed in our crystal clear waters, breed, and raise their precocious chicks. If you miss hearing them during the day, listen outdoors an hour or so after sunset, and again close to midnight for their serenading sounds — truly unforgettable!

**One BR cottage with king bedroom, living room with queen Murphy, both with high-end Casper mattresses. Fully equipped eat-in-kitchen. Full shower bath, new 4-person hot tub** on large rear deck.

**Canoe with 2 paddles & life jackets available to enjoy being on the water as much as you wish. Water access is only 260 feet away, a scant 1 minute stroll down a shared private lane to Little Sebago Lake (Middle Lake section across from Treasure and Bass/Martin Islands.)

**Though there is no true lakefront beach area, at the end of the private lane there is ample room for chairs and a small table (we keep a storage bin down there with 4 folding chairs, folding table, life jackets, towel bin, water floats, and hand pump.) The water entry is level/walk-in with the usual lake bottom. Small dock is great for fishing and swimming off (see photos for aerial location.)

LAKE VIEWING NOTE: As close as the cottage is to the lake, it is NOT always viewable from the cottage, especially when trees are in full summer foliage. Most lake photos shown are taken from the dock, and/or canoeing.

**HOT TUBE NOTES: While we strive to ensure the hot tub is available during your stay, there may be occasions where prior guests have not followed the "pre-rinse feet, body lotions and suits" requirement, causing the water quality to deteriorate. We work hard to correct any water quality issues in between guests, but cannot guarantee 100% availability during your entire stay.
