Great communication from the host. Willing to accommodate with two vehicles at the location. Offered lots of information for things to do and places to go to make it a fun weekend. Only issue was for some reason the bathroom door was now a barn door which still opened enough others could see you

The space was perfect for a short term stay. The guest house is connected and quite close to the house, and we could hear the kids going to school early in the morning, just a heads up. However, we never saw the owners and the property was clean and well taken care of. Another notice - the bathroom door doesn't fully close. It's a sliding door that leaves about 2-3 inches, so make sure you're staying here with people you're close with or you'll need to close the bedroom door for full privacy.

Guest house was clean, only issue I must say that I had was with the property manager , I was accused of stealing Uno cards that were never there upon arrival , and after insuring him once again that they weren’t stolen by me he still proceeded on accusing me , also they look through there garbage cans outside and look through the trash you up in there, was also accused of smoking in the property because they found a tobacco wrapper product in house , in house rules it state that it’s okay to smoke outside away from doors and windows and I was in the backyard smoking near the trampoline not one time did I ever smoke in the house, if you choose to rent from him please be cautious and take pictures incase your accused of anything!

This home is located in a family neighborhood close to Charlotte and gas stations. I really liked being able to get off the highway and easily navigate to the location. Host was gracious and accepted same day booking. Thanks so much!

The guest house was lovely and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The only “issues” we encountered was feeling lost every time we left the property. The house is located deep in a neighborhood with lots of turns. That wasn’t a an issue with the property but navigation. Our app changed the route in and out every time we went out. There’s grocery stores, fast food and restaurants nearby.

We stayed here twice, as a stopover on our way to Florida and back to Pennsylvania. Host was very responsive and accommodating.
