The apartment is located one block from the beach in a condominium with all the infrastructure, one of the best in Jurerê Internacional.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well equipped, excellently located and safe place.
The 125.8m² property has a suite with a KING BED, MINIBAR and 55“ TV, a bedroom with a QUEEN BED, a living room with a 55” SMART TV and a balcony with a children's pool. All rooms have AC SPLIT (COLD ONLY).

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
