We were surprised to hear your comments regarding a musty smell, as this has not been an issue reported by other guests and the home is regularly inspected and maintained. Indoor pool rooms naturally have higher humidity than the rest of the home, but a mildew or musty odor throughout the house is certainly not something we consider normal or acceptable. We have followed up to ensure there are no underlying concerns. We truly appreciate you staying with us and sharing your experience. Providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home is extremely important to us, and we take guest feedback seriously.
