Stylish, spacious ranch house with sweeping views nestled in charming Adams Hill

The view is the first thing that strikes you, and it never ceases to take our breath away. Framed by Griffith Park on one side and the Santa Monica Mountains on the other, there is nothing better than sitting out on the deck with your morning coffee, or watching the sun set over the hills with a glass of wine. At night the city twinkles below and makes a perfect setting for dinner outside, or lounging in the living room with huge windows overlooking the city.
All on one level, the house boasts a spacious layout, even with a full house. The primary bedroom and two other bedrooms on one side of the house share the primary bathroom with a shower and tub.
The house has three living rooms, one of which has a comfy murphy bed for extra sleeping room. Two large flat screen TVs mean no one has to fight over what to watch. Two more bathrooms with showers, a large, fully stocked kitchen, dining room and laundry room complete the inside of the house.
Outside a whole world opens up--the house is situated on a third of an acre, providing complete privacy and serenity on all sides. We have planted the backyard full of native plants and fruit trees, and depending on the time of year, you might find lemons, limes, grapefruits, pomegranates or figs. A screened in gazebo at the top of the garden complete with hammock provides an even more peaceful escape.
The backyard has a green egg for exceptional BBQ-ing, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs.
The front of the house is decked and looks out over the city, and there is a large dining table there too.
All of our electricity runs on solar, including our electric cars.
An eclectic selection of books and records, carefully collected art, Sonos speakers in most rooms, and of course high speed wifi complete the comforts. A wood-burning fireplace in winter creates the coziest of vibes.
