Serenity chalet is located in a peaceful location of the Arrowhead Lake. There is lots of activities in the winter with access to nearby skiing mountains . In summer indulge in lakeside bliss on 4 lake beaches, 3 swimming pools and various outdoor activities.
The chalet features a bright, airy living room with skylights, a vaulted ceiling filled with natural light, a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms plus lofted area with king size bed.

In addition to our charming home, you will have access to four beaches with picnic and playground areas, three heated outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), numerous tennis and basketball courts, and a lodge with fitness room, library, pool tables, and more.

We include all community fees for up to 8 people and 3 cars in our nightly rate!

Guest access:
Arrowhead Lake is a gated community, esteemed for its safety measures taken to ensure all residents and visitors are kept safe. In order to gain access to the community, you MUST provide an email address upon booking and vehicle information for all vehicles that is on this trip.

Other details to note:
It is IMPORTANT to note that our home is located within the private, gated community of Arrowhead Lake. The Guest is required to send number of people and all vehicle information in this trip to the host upon booking. The host will register all guests and vehicles with the community and provide instructions.
This information will be needed:
- Number of vehicles coming on check-in day (max 6)
- Vehicle Driver Name, Year, Make, Model, License Plate, State Registered
- Number of party members age 6 or older coming on check-in day (max 8)

The 3 heated pools in the Arrowhead Lake Community are usually open starting Memorial Day Weekend and close for the season on Labor Day.

House Rules:
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
Minimum age of booking renter is twenty five (25)
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
Please respect the noise curfew.
Please respect check-in (AFTER 4 pm) and check-out (BEFORE 11 am) times.
Please take care of the furnishings and don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Please keep the place clean.

Any FINES incurred during your stay on the property by the guest will be the full responsibility of the guest.

The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or it's facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
