The bungalow is located on the main Bariloche road at KM 13, close to the lake and beaches, Cerro Campanario, and the Small Circuit with all its natural and tourist attractions. We are also on the way to Puerto Pañuelo, where excursions to Victoria Island and the Arrayanes Forest depart.
Commercial centers, restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop are located meters away.
It is a quiet and safe residential area.
It is forbidden to hold meetings and/or parties. Likewise, please respect the general volume during rest hours.
Amenities: The bungalow is integrated on the ground floor by a kitchen, dining room, a bedroom with two single beds or bunk beds, and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bed. The garden is shared and has a grill, table, and chairs.
Parking space is available in front of the complex.
