Completely top-to-bottom newly remodeled home featuring 2 spacious queen bedrooms and a 3rd large open loft bedroom. with balcony. Sleeps 6, open upstairs room no separated bedrooms, comfortably with a portable crib for baby. Downstairs cozy reading corner. Large living room equipped with 52" TV and entertainment area. Dining room and eat-in kitchen. Private laundry. Two full bathrooms.

5.5 miles from Boyne Mountian 4 Seasons Ski Resort

Guest Access:
The whole house and backyard. Max of 3 cars!

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off bike path. Blocks away from downtown Boyne City, beach, ice-skating rink, and nearby trails and snowmobile trails. 6 Miles from Boyne Mountain ski resort and Avalanche Bay water park. Centrally located between neighboring towns

Getting Around:
Only 3 minutes drive to downtown boyne, not even 10 minutes to boyne mountain.
Parking onsite not on the street.

Other Things to Note:
Our property boarders the barn mountain walkway, it’s a beautiful hike all year around.

Furry friends are welcome but we have some rules:
A. No pets on the furniture
B. Please pick up and dispose of pet waste
C. Additional charges may occur if extra cleaning is needed
D. Max of 2 pets
E. Please make sure you paid the pet fee! ($99 per pet)

Interaction with Guests:
For emergencies or additional supplies, caretakers will be accessible if needed and are available.
