There is a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional fee and is subject to our approval.

This listing is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $35 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Long-term stays are allowed. For stays longer for 14 days or more, guests will be supplied initial consumable items (including coffee/tea, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc). Long-term guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items, cleaning the rental unit, and discarding trash/recycling regularly.

Please note street cleaning in the neighborhood occurs on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays and/or 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. We are not responsible for parking-related fines or damages.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
