Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad your group was able to enjoy the trip overall. We'd like to note that no concerns regarding the neighborhood, home size, or hot tub were brought to our attention during the stay, and we would have been happy to assist if notified. The listing accurately describes the home's location, sleeping capacity, and amenities, and photos are provided to help guests determine whether the space is a good fit for their group. Regarding the hot tub, it is professionally maintained and cleaned on a regular schedule between guest stays. We take cleanliness seriously and would have promptly investigated had any issue been reported during your visit. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide a great experience for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the inside of the home clean and comfortable. We apologize that the outdoor areas did not fully meet expectations during your stay. We also wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during the stay so we could have responded and resolved them right away for a better experience. The landscaping timing also coincided with the first cut of the season, and unfortunately it was missed prior to your arrival. The overflowing trash was unfortunately caused by the city missing the scheduled trash pickup that week, and it was addressed immediately afterward. We have reinforced our landscaping and exterior maintenance schedule to ensure the backyard and jacuzzi area are consistently guest-ready.
