Bedrooms: Two bedrooms

This 2BR condo accommodates 6 people comfortably with a master bedroom (king bed), guest bedroom (queen bed), and a queen-size pull-out sofa, all with upgraded mattresses.

Master Bedroom- What better way to start your day than picking your head off your pillow listening to the ocean waves with spectacular views of the sunrise. Hop out of bed and take a couple steps on to the porch with a fresh cup of coffee to watch the dolphins first thing in the morning, or before going to bed. With a King size bed, master bath, TV, phone and watch charging stations, the master bedroom is a space for serenity.

Guest Bedroom: Brand new mattress and furniture. Private closet, TV with complete access to Spectrum and other TV apps, and a phone/watch charging station for our guest.

Sofa Bed: New leather couch with an upgraded queen mattress for additional guest sleeping. TV views and just a step away to the porch through the sliding doors. Folds up during the day to a large leather couch to relax with your guest.

All bedrooms come with bamboo bed linens and plenty of towels for the guest.

Kitchen & Dinning:

The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home. The dining table sits four comfortable with a couple bar stools for additional seating.

Additional Items:

Washer and dryer located in the unit. Dry swimsuits for the next day and even complete your laundry before you head home. Located in the hallway and user friendly

Outside Spaces:

Private porch with spectacular views. Easy access from the living room area through the sliding doors, or from the master bedroom. Porch has a table and 4 chairs for additional dining space, or space to just sit and chill, while having a few drinks, playing games, watching friends swim in the pool, or just soaking up the great ocean view.

Association has a private pool for guests that is centrally located with great views, sun tanning area, and an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, to help clean the sand off before heading back to the condo.

Guest Access:

Access to the condo is controlled by keyless coded entry. You will be provided an access code prior to arrival for your stay. You will also receive a parking pass for your vehicle (sorry, one pass per condo unit).
