The home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. There are 2 community parks and the Euless Family Life Water Park (open memorial day to labor day) within walking distance.

Guests have access to the entire home. There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

There are a few local restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations within a reasonable walking distance. It is easy to call an Uber or Lyft from our home's location. A car is recommended for longer stays.

• The home has not been child proofed. Guests who have chosen to book the home with small children are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their child.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Absolutely NO smoking on the property.
• Absolutely NO parties or large gathering.
• Guests must be 21 or older to book.
• Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
• Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
• No weapons of any kind are allowed.
• Furniture should not be moved or rearranged.
• No fires of any kind are allowed during the stay. This includes use of the fireplace, backyard fire pit or candles.
**Any costs incurred from failure to follow the house rules and/or housekeeping guidelines (provided to booked guests) will be passed on to the guest.
