Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 baths. Each bedroom offers clothing storage and essentials, creating a comfortable place to recharge at the end of the day. With two full bathrooms, mornings move easily - whether you are preparing for a day of meetings or heading out to explore the neighborhood.



Living space

Located in an elevator building, this single level home has no stairs inside the unit, making it easy to move throughout the space. A dedicated workspace with Wifi supports remote work or trip planning, while the TV invites relaxed evenings indoors. Air conditioning keeps the apartment cool and comfortable year-round. Self check-in with a keypad allows you to arrive on your own schedule, and a private entrance - separate street or building entrance - adds to the sense of ease and independence during your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides the space you need to cook your own meals, whether you are preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or winding down with dinner at home. A dining table anchors the space, inviting you to gather, share stories from the day, or map out tomorrow’s plans over coffee.



Comfort & essentials

Bathroom essentials and hot water are provided, along with bed linens, towels, and everyday essentials to ensure a smooth stay. An iron and clothing storage help you stay organized, whether your visit is for work or leisure.



Neighborhood

Positioned near Colonia Americana, you are within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural attractions. The location offers excellent connectivity, with easy access to public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi, as well as main avenues leading to other parts of the city. If you are traveling by car, please note there is no parking inside the building, though nearby options are available.



Throughout your stay, attentive support is available to help ensure a comfortable and memorable visit to Guadalajara.



About waste management:

All trash must be deposited only in the chute located on the service stairs. It is not permitted to leave bags in hallways or common areas.



Waste must be placed in tightly closed bags, preferably double bags. Bulky items or glass bottles should not be placed in the chute; these should be taken directly to the container located in Basement 1.



Any damage to the chute or related areas may result in repair charges or corresponding penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!

-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.
