We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform pest control before and after every reservation. However, due to the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible for insects to appear during your stay. We offer additional pest control at no extra cost during your stay if needed. Important Note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the accommodation. IMPORTANT: Please remember that it is essential NOT to throw any paper into the toilet, including toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided trash bags so you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future issues. At the moment, the listing photos are not updated; some items shown may look different upon arrival. The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The nightly rate shown is the base price, which covers 1 to 4 guests; each additional guest will incur an extra charge of approximately $15 USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 5 guests, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children or babies in the capacity, but the condominium does, so it is necessary to include the exact number of guests when booking, including adults, children, and babies. No visitors allowed. No pets allowed. Sheets and towels are not changed during the stay. Amenities provided are intended to last one night only. We currently do not provide oil, salt, or pepper. The basic kitchen items provided are tools, not consumables. The grill has an additional cost and is subject to availability. It must be reserved 24 hours in advance. Please note that Nuevo Vallarta is a developing area, so there may be nearby construction causing noise during the day. Maintenance and administration of the condominium’s common areas are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. Electricity Consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity included in your stay is calculated based on the vacation season in which you book and the number of bedrooms in your unit. You will receive the total number of kWh included in your stay once your reservation is confirmed. Each additional kWh will have an extra cost of 5 pesos. The balance is based on the initial and final meter readings.

The condo accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms, offering 4 beds and 2 baths. Each room includes bed linens, towels, and clothing storage so you can unpack and make yourself at home. A mosquito net adds comfort in this coastal setting, and a safe is available for storing valuables.

Inside, natural light flows through floor-to-ceiling windows that connect you with the surrounding views. You can relax with the TV, stay connected with WiFi or an ethernet connection, or make use of a dedicated workspace if you need it. Air conditioning and heating help maintain an even temperature throughout your stay, and bathroom essentials are provided in both bathrooms, each equipped with hot water and walk-in showers.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare your own meals, including space to cook and store ingredients. A dining table inside offers a comfortable place to gather, while the balcony provides an inviting option for outdoor meals when you want to pair your food with fresh air and views. A BBQ grill is also available along with barbecue utensils.

The shared outdoor pool is heated and available year-round during designated hours, offering a place to unwind or cool off between outings. Shared beach access puts you close to the shoreline, and beach essentials make it easy to enjoy time near the water. Guests also have access to nearby resort facilities. A private entrance provides direct entry to the condo, supported by elevator access within the building.

Family-friendly features

Families will find thoughtful touches including a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, changing table, baby bath, board games, and babysitter recommendations. These additions make the condo well-suited for traveling with little ones.

Additional conveniences

Free parking on the premises and free street parking offer flexibility during your stay. Luggage dropoff is allowed for early arrivals or late departures, and self check-in with a keypad makes coming and going simple. Long term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, offering the comforts needed for extended visits.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
