This property was perfect for our extended family as we celebrated a wedding! Guests commented on the beauty of the home. The host was super helpful as we navigated a couple of small issues and helped to resolve. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the family time together!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Vrbo home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view was absolutely gorgeous and made every morning and evening feel special. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for our large family! All of the couples had their own bedrooms and plenty of personal space so we never felt as if we were on top of each other. The beach views and beach access were awesome. However, having the pool turned out to be the best gathering, place and way to escape the August heat/humidity. It enabled us to spend most of the day time outside instead of inside with the air conditioning. Almost felt like being at a resort. Lots of nice extra touches; large yard enabled us to set up games outside, extra refrigerator for drink storage, amazing ice maker, large remodeled kitchen, big bluetooth speaker outside, several large tables inside and outside for the family together around……Any questions or little issues that came up Brian the host, was very accessible and responsive.We’ll plan a trip to come back again!

Great host! Excellent to communicate with. Had an issue with pool heater and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Super easy. Quick fix. Great house right on the beach. Perfect for 2 families. Great entertaining space with fantastic views. We will definitely look here first when returning to Hilton head.

We rented this property for a week-long family vacation, which ended with my wedding at the property, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, and the backyard provided an absolutely beautiful setting for our outdoor wedding.Brian was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to answer my many questions leading up to and throughout our stay. He was also very helpful in coordinating lawn care for the wedding, which we greatly appreciated. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate more than 16 overnight guests, the kitchen was beautiful, and the basement was especially helpful as a space to prepare our wedding decorations and flowers and store everything we needed for the big day.I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because at check-in, we felt the home had not been cleaned as thoroughly as we would have expected. That said, I was impressed by how quickly Brian responded when I voiced my concerns and immediately sent his cleaning crew to the home.The home could benefit from some updates to the bathroom ventilation. There were visible signs of mold spread across the upstairs doors / walls, which was not ideal. We understand that humidity and moisture can be a challenge in the Lowcountry, but improved ventilation and some updates would make a noticeable difference.Overall, our time was wonderful, and we are very grateful to Brian for helping make our family vacation and wedding week so memorable!

This property was exactly as described. An excellent location and superb home for a large group. There was plenty of space and a lot of amenities. The kitchen had anything you could ever need. It was wonderful that it was pet friendly. The property maintenance could have been a little bit better as whoever was there before us had a lot of pet hair all over the outdoor furniture however it is wonderful that pets are allowed and hard to complain too much about that . the owner of the property was incredibly easy to deal with and I feel it was a fair price for a beautiful home and amazing location. Really great house for a large group and being right on the beach was spectacular.

We do have one set of outdoor furniture with cushions that seem to be a magnet for pet hair and I am sorry that my cleaners did not sufficiently remove the pet hair prior to your arrival. We do pay particular attention to these cushions during cleaning/prep so I am disappointed that you encountered this issue. But…very happy that your family enjoyed your stay!

Great pre Christmas getaway with family!

Perfect location, beautiful view, excellent accommodations for a large group. The kitchen is superb for cooking for a crowd. We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head. The house is great and the view is great. We were close to everything, but yet it was very private.

Perfect spot

We visited for a wedding and this spot was perfect - although a little chilly in Feb it felt great to walk on the beach with the dogs and enjoy the salt air. The location, backyard landscaping and beach access are the best. The house was very comfortable, clean and lots of options for sitting and sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed with this 4- star review as we always strive to provide guests a five-star stay. Deb did message me after departing to let me know that she was disappointed that she was unable to get all of the TV’s to work properly and that only one dishwasher pod was provided by the cleaners. These are legitimate complaints but easily rectified had Deb only let me know during her stay. We are close by and would have happily visited to drop off more pods and get all TV’s operational. Future guests please let us know if you are not completely satisfied so that we can respond to rectify any issues or concerns.

Spectacular view

Cassina Palms is a beautiful home with a fabulous view of the ocean. My husband and I and our adult children enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The home was spacious and clean. We would definitely book again.

Gorgeous oceanfront house

The property and home were stunning and more than enough room for 12 of us! Easy bike to Caligney and Sea Pines. Access to ocean was not only beautifully landscaped but right in the backyard! Highly recommend!

Great house in Hilton Head

We rented this house because it was on the beach and it was dog friendly! The house was a perfect set up for about 15 of us - great outdoor space, great set up for teenage and young adults with parents! Being on the beach was great - such a nice area! They had lots of beach toys to use as well! Thanks for a great week!

Family Beach Getaway

we were very happy with the house. it had plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and spouses, my nephew and my 90 year old dad, loved the closeness to the ocean and also relaxing in the pool. we will definitely come back here on our next Hilton Head vacation. the host was extremely easy to get ahold of. if you have a small group, look into this location!!!
