ocean front retreat located in Surry, Maine. A haven for nature lovers, kayak

directly from your private beach to see the seal colony and explore the iconic

Maine coast, or watch the wildlife from your deck while you grill – bald eagles

flying overhead and deer and wild turkey roaming the 12 acre property. Walk

a few minutes down the private driveway to have freshly caught lobster at

Perry’s Lobster Shack.



The Space:

Located on a quiet road off of Newbury Neck Road, known for its beautiful

beach, this home offers a private getaway for you and your guests. The home

has an inviting living room and dining area on the main floor, along with a

kitchen and full bath.  A large bedroom with a king size bed is located on the

main floor. Upstairs, guests have the master bedroom with king size bed and

en suite bathroom and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. A separate Annex

with two twin beds, connected to the main house by a covered walkway,

offers a private sleeping area for two.



Perfect for families or large groups, this comfortable home features a fully

equipped kitchen, outdoor deck and barbecue, a private pool, plenty of in-door

and outdoor space to socialize and relax, fast fibre broadband, and outdoor

parking for several cars.



Guests will enjoy access to their private in-ground pool right next to the home

and and their private beach, a 2-3 minute walk from the house, offers a flat

beach for easy access for swimming and launching kayaks. The pool is

heated from early June through September, and there is an outdoor shower to

help with the post-pool rush.



Enjoy one of the numerous nearby hikes, or venture into Acadia National

Park, only 40 minutes away, with its magnificent landscapes, hikes, biking

trails, whale watching, and the innovative food scene and cultural attractions

of lovely Bar Harbor. The quaint towns of Blue Hill, Stonington, and Deer Isle,

are all short drives away.



Guest Access:

The guests will have access to the entire home. The garage is not available

for guest use. The parking area will accommodate two to three vehicles.
