The space
Craving the beach but want to skip the crowds? Our cozy Sea Bright condo is just steps from the beach and located on a quiet, dead end street with friendly neighbors and no traffic. The condo features brand new carpet and comfortable, beachy decor.

The beach area in front of the house is limited to those staying in the house - it is not open to the public. In addition, we’re just a short walk away from a quiet section of Ocean Beach!

- BEDS & BATHS -
The home can comfortably sleep at least 12 guests between the first-floor and second-floor units:

First Floor:
★ Master Bedroom: 1 king-size bed, en-suite bathroom
★ Bedroom 2: 1 twin-size day bed with 1 trundle bed
★ Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with full-size mattress

Second Floor:
★ Bedroom 1: 1 full-size bed
★ Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed

The 1st floor unit has two bathrooms: one en-suite in the master bedroom, and another that’s shared between bedrooms 2 and 3.

The 2nd floor unit has one bathroom, where you’ll find a toilet, sink, and a shower/tub combo.

We provide all linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron so you can pack light. There’s also a washer and dryer on the first floor that you’re welcome to use.

- KITCHEN/DINING -
Whether you’re cooking up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the two modern kitchens have everything you need.

Both kitchens include:
★ Gas stove
★ Oven
★ Microwave
★ Refrigerator
★ Freezer
★ Dishwasher
★ Coffee maker
★ Dishes and silverware

When it’s time to eat, just pull up a chair at one of the dining tables, which can seat 10 guests in total.

- LIVING SPACE -
After a fun-filled day at the beach, the whole group will want to kick back and relax in one of the two living rooms. Both units have cozy living areas with comfortable couches, smart TVs, and nice natural light. The TVs have cable channels, or you can log into your own streaming account, like Netflix or Hulu.

- OUTSIDE -
In addition to the interior space, the home has three decks, including one facing the ocean, where you can savor the sea breezes.

You’ll love the postcard-worthy views of the ocean and the Shrewsbury River - the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail!

- ESSENTIALS -
The home is equipped with WiFi and a ductless heating/AC unit so you’ll always be comfortable and connected.

On-site parking is available for a few vehicles.
