A beautiful cabin near Pikes Peak that was perfect for the two of us.it was comfortable, clean, quiet, private, and had beauty all around it. We enjoyed the front porch in the morning and the deck later. If a few stuffed animals used as decor, and a couple Xmas decorations don't bother you, this cabin has it all. We would recommend it highly. We had a great stay.

We stayed a week at the cabin. The location was great, close to all the attractions. We spent a lot of time on the front porch and back deck (when it wasn't raining lol) and enjoyed watching the wildlife, especially the deer. The charming town of Green Mountain Falls is less than a mile away and has nice restaurants. We would recommend this cabin highly.

We are definitely visiting again next year. As a matter of fact, we finally found the perfect cabin in the perfect location for our annual Colorado visit. It’s hard to find accommodations that have everything you need rolled into one. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The deck is amazing. The host is very responsive. We have always visited Denver/Estes Park, but going forward, this will be our go to destination. There is just so much to do and see and experience.

This mountain cabin had everything we needed! Very generous amenities and a lotof them! It was so peaceful in the cabin and quiet on the mountain!! There is plenty to do in the surrounding area to keep anyone busy. There is a book with so many suggestions that the owners put together. Something for everyone! We absolutely loved staying here!! We hope to visit again one day! Thank you, Kevin!!

Wonderful cabin and we loved staying there. Charming touches, well-organized, very clean and very well appointed. We had absolutely everything we needed.Planning on staying again next summer for the Green Box Festival. Also great host -accessible and responsive. Thanks for an amazing time!

Kevin's mountain cabin is exactly as advertised. What a great location with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pike's Peak, and Woodland Park where we attended a conference. One thing that stands out in particular is how well equipped Kevin's kitchen is. I wish I had such nice dishes in my own home :)

We rented the cabin for the Cascade water creek out the back gate, absolutely no water what so ever, nothing but weeds.Went to barbecue the 1st night no propane.Weird Christmas decorations in and out of cabin. Mattresses very old and uncomfortable.

I’ve taken dozens of friends and numerous str cabin guests have enjoyed hiking to the waterfalls. My housekeeper took a picture of a just under full tank off propane attached to the barbecuer on the right side. I’m so sorry you missed hiking to the waterfall and the missed barbecuing. I’ve had numerous compliments on the comfort of the beds. I wish you would have connected with me during your stay on these matters. You are welcome to come back

Efficient HVAC system kept us comfortable despite cooler than expected temps (28F overnight with snow). Original knotty pine walls are truly lovely. Great shower pressure & instant hot water. Kevin’s well-supplied home radiates comfort from indoor socks, lots of warm throws to soaps & beautiful dishware. Birdseed is provided for a feeder visible from the living room recliners. Wonderful stay!

Great little cabin!

The cabin is well located - close to Colorado Springs, Pike’s peak, and the Garden of the Gods. It is well stocked and Kevin’s recommendations were great! Would recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Wonderful Cabin Get Away

As mentioned in the other reviews, this is a clean, well stocked, cozy cabin in the mountains that my wife and thoroughly enjoyed while hiking in the area. Kevin was very attentive and helpful throughout out stay.

Kitchen had a complete selection of spices, had a separate filter H2O faucet, knives needed sharpening, grill outside was outstanding!!Bed was very comfortable(not to hard not to soft).Overall condition of cabin very, very clean.Really enjoyed the decks!

If you're looking for a cozy and quiet mountain cabin with a great location for accessing all there is around Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs... look no further. This place was absolutely wonderful. A great home base after a day out exploring or even just a relaxing place to put your feet up and admire the views. It has everything you need to prepares meals for your crew!The host was also very kind and made our stay a pleasant one. The communication was excellent. When we make our way back to the area in the future... we'll be looking to stay here once again!
