- We've got you covered on coffee as well with complimentary coffee from Nash favorite, The Well. Drip coffee makers in each kitchen make it easy to caffeinate the whole gang - Starbucks run not needed!
- The balconies are perfect for day-time hangs with plenty of comfy seating including hammock chairs and amazing views. At night the string lights help keep the vibe going whether its cocktail hour or that final nightcap.

- Driving? We have private parking for you! Up to 4 cars (2 in each garage) and another 2 side-by-side in the driveway fit comfortably. There is also ample street parking nearby.
- Uber? No problem - Just a quick ride gets you downtown in under 15 min!
To Note:
- As pictured there are stairs to get to the bedrooms but we do have sofa beds on the first floor. We do monitor our outdoor cameras to make sure rules are followed.
- Parking: Garage space for 4 vehicles and driveway parking as well.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
