However, please be aware that we do not provide child-specific amenities such as cribs, high chairs, baby gates, outlet covers, cabinet locks, or other childproofing features unless specifically stated in the listing. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times and determining whether the property is appropriate for their family’s needs.
Riverfront Properties (Where Applicable): Properties located on or near a river present inherent natural hazards, including but not limited to swift currents, changing water levels, uneven terrain, slippery rocks, docks, wildlife, and cold water conditions. Refunds issued in accordance with our cancellation policy will be processed less any non-refundable payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% of the booking total) incurred at the time of payment.
