Punta Palmera in Cap Cana is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a luxurious setting. It’s located in the exclusive area of Cap Cana, close to beautiful beaches such as Juanillo and the famous Marina Cap Cana. The location offers easy access to restaurants, shops and recreational activities.
An ocean view studio apartment with a modern and elegant design that reflects the Caribbean culture. The large windows allow a lot of natural light to enter, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.
Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, feminine products, etc. down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.
