We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and worked out perfectly for our two families with toddlers. We also brought two RZRs, and there was plenty of space for us and all of our vehicles. The host was wonderful and always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect base for exploring! Loved how accessible it was to the national park other local spots. Clean, great amenities, and the host was nice. We had a great time — highly recommend.

Very spacious situation. Walmart is a short drive to grab groceries or anything else you need. The pool and lazy river are a short walk away. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Property was very clean. Perfect for our family of 5 to spread out. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pickleball courts. The beds were comfortable and have two sets of washer/dryer was awesome!

This was the perfect fit for 3 couples. We enjoyed the Hot Tub and particularly the pickle ball courts. As with many short term rentals, utensils and cookware were a little limited but that was a minor detail. The rooms were all good sized and spread out a bit - the property also had plenty of space for "alone time" when you needed to be away from the group for a bit.

This was the perfect base camp for our national park travels over the last several days. Very close to Zion and an easy 2hr drive to Bryce Canyon. We loved hanging out on the back porch in the evenings and visiting the pool/lazy river with our 1yo. Perfect home for a family! The property manager, Cameron, was quick to respond to any questions/needs. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this townhome with our kids. The place was comfortable, spacious, and a great place to relax & enjoy time as a family. The community has great amenities that are all within close walking distance (pool, clubhouse, pickleball/basketball). The unit is located on the quiet side near a dead end & was peaceful because of that. Our place was nicely decorated and not cluttery, which helps make it feel like a peaceful/restful stay.Pros:-Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds-Great space & furniture for hanging out-We never ran out of hot water! (Huge bonus when everyone is showering at once after a dusty day of hiking)-Two clean, well-working laundry areas. Up & down-Hot tub is very clean & professionally well-maintained-We loved eating around the table in the patio area-The community pool area is awesome!Cons:-Kitchen seems a little understocked. Not a lot of serving bowls, containers, etc-We had a couple cleaning/maintenance issues upon arrival but were able to communicate quickly with the host. These issues would not stop us from staying there again.-A/C can be loud when it starts up-No doors to the 2 private bathrooms (arched doorways) can get tricky at night or getting ready in early mornings-Site listing has some discrepancies. I think they accidentally merged 2 of their properties together in the description—a 6BR & 4BR unit (ours). So we did not find a cooler, etc. as expectedOverall, we had a great stay & made many awesome memories!
