JVC is a diverse and vibrant community in Dubai, popular for its practical location and array of facilities. It`s a strategic choice for travelers seeking a base in Dubai away from the city`s hustle. While it offers some parks and is family-friendly, we recommend renting a car or using taxis for convenient access to Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates, and beyond.

In accordance with local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (shared in the chat), which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal. If we do not receive the documents before check-in, the building reception may refuse access, and this will delay your check-in — for which we cannot be held responsible.

This apartment is registered in DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, building rules and the furniture. Please no parties, NO SMOKING.
🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.

🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.

🐾 NO pets are allowed.

🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
