Seaview Villa er et nyrenoveret (juni 2017) hus ved stranden beliggende på en storslået lyserød sandstrand i North Palmetto Point. Nyd dine dage med svømning, snorkling, kajaksejlads og fiskeri i det krystalblå vand lige uden for din dør. Afkøles i vores store i jorden pool, mens du nyder den betagende udsigt over det omgivende koralrev. Åbn de ekspansive, væg-til-væg-skydedøre glasdøre til den tropiske brise og havets lyde og slap af. Seaview Villa har alt hvad du har brug for en perfekt ferie.
Seaview Villa kan rumme fester på op til otte personer og er perfekt til familier med børn. En plantegning er inkluderet i fotosektionen. Faciliteter inkluderer: temperaturstyret pool, central klimaanlæg, walk-in vaskerum med fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, standby-generator, 4000 gallon backup vandforsyning, hele huset vandfiltreringssystem, WiFi / internet, 55 tommer. HDTV med Apple TV og Blu-Ray-afspiller, fuldt udstyret køkken, udendørs grill, udendørs brusere, strandstole og paraply, to to-personers havkajakker og meget mere. Sengetøj og håndklæder leveres også.

Seaview Villa lejer ugen med check-in / out lørdag; dog vil undtagelser blive overvejet for ophold længere end 11 nætter. For parter på seks personer eller derunder er lejeprisen $ 430 / nat for datoer i 2019 og $ 450 / nat for datoer i 2020 .. For fester over seks personer anvendes et gebyr på $ 15 / nat for hver ekstra gæst over seks personer.

Mark is a conscientious and helpful host. His house was very clean and had plenty of linens and towels. We rented our car from Mercy and she took great care of us. The view from the house can’t be beat!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaview Villa. The location of the home was safe, comfortable, and you couldn't ask for a better view. It was well equipped with everything you needed, and had all sorts of beach gear and lots of beach towels. The beach is rocky but we enjoyed walks on the road and we could drive to other beaches. Unfortunately, there was a storm front for a few days during our stay so we couldn't enjoy the snorkeling or kayaks, however, the heated pool was great or just sitting inside reading and enjoying the view. Mercy was very responsive if we needed her. We would definitely recommend Seaview Villa.

House was exactly as billed. Lots of space and privacy!! Grounds are nicely maintained and there’s a hammock and 2 outdoor showers. The house was unfussy, clean and well maintained. Owner and caretaker were both super responsive to the one issue we had. The beach was rocky when we were there so we didn’t attempt the kayaks but they were there for a more intrepid group than we! The pool was amazing. It was so private and relaxing. Temps were perfect without AC except for one very still night when we used it. We slept like babies listening to the waves crashing down below and the soft breezes in the palms. Wish we could be there now!!

This house has one of the best locations in Eleuthera! You can’t beat the view!! We spent a week in early January and hardly left the house. The beach has rocks in the winter, but there are sections that have enough space for the beach chairs. We were even able to snorkel a couple of times. The pool is heated, which is a huge plus. This is a great place to relax and disconnect. Mark the host is super helpful and gave us a lot of tips for getting around the island. The caretakers are also great!If you are on the fence, book the vacation! You won’t regret it.

Great place great owner

The house and view was better than advertised! Beautiful place, everything you need for family or friends stay on the island of Eleuthera. Mark and Mercy were great and very responsive, although we didn’t really need them much. We loved the laid back atmosphere and also enjoyed exploring. Food was all amazing.

Great Spot in Eleuthera!

Beautiful location and place. My family and I (5 of us) stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and Mark was very responsive. He followed with me several times during our stay.

5 Stars – A Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront home! The location couldn't be better — steps from the ocean with breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. The private pool was a huge bonus, especially after long days on the beach. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, linens, and plenty of space to relax.The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. If you're looking for a peaceful and scenic place to unwind with friends or family, this is it. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Great House !!

The home was as described and looks as the picture show !!! Host (Mark) is extremely quick with replies and very helpful !! Beds were very comfortable we had all that we needed at the house for cooking and going to the beach. The pool was fantastic also. You can not go wrong with renting this home ! Great view

House was great for two family's. The heated pool was awesome with fantastic views. The owner Mark is very nice and easy to get a hold of. Things to keep in mind; the beach right out front is rocky but a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Great House!!

The house was amazing with great views! My family of 5 stayed for a week and we enjoyed fishing, snorkeling, swimming and exploring the island. The house had everything we needed and having the generator was so nice. I can’t say enough about Mark and Mercy, they were both very responsive and kind. Mark checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Mercy and her husband are so nice and there if you need anything! Hope to stay again.

Incredible vacation

We had an amazing time at the Seaview villa! It was our first time to the Bahamas and to Eleuthera what a gorgeous place! We loved spending our days relaxing in the pool and snorkeling right outside the house - fish, spiny lobster and even a reef shark! a day on the water with Fishbone Tours was really fun - sea turtles, sharks, rays and the biggest starfish ever! Mark and Mercy were great and so helpful. Music at Tippys, lunch at the Buchaneer, 3 J's bbq pit, grouper fingers at sunset. all great. a few days collecting sand dollars on the gorgeous Ten Bay beach. A trip of a lifetime!

This property is amazing and exactly as shown. No fancy filters or misleading angles. The views are amazing the house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Perfect set up for two families of four.

Spring break trip with family

We had a great stay! It was the break we all needed. Allowed for an easy going time with the kids. The house had so many supplies it made it easy. I really appreciate how effortless check out was! The pictures don't do it justice. Thank you!

Wonderful Villa

We stayed at Mark’s beautiful villa for two weeks. Our 6th trip to ELU and first time at Seaview. The house is beautiful and exactly as Mark has it listed. Everything you need is there. Mark and Mercy were very accommodating and quick with answers to questions and assistance when/if needed. Had a great time!!

Seaview Villa

Great location steps from the ocean! Be aware there are only two bathrooms and they are Jack and Jill. House overall adequate they could step up the landscaping and at least the maintenance and also of the pool. You will have to clean it every day massive amounts of bugs.

Gary - We hope you and your family enjoyed your first visit to Eleuthera. Our home, as you know, is located directly on the beach and surrounded by acres of undeveloped nature. Although we have our pool serviced every week before guests arrive, if you leave the pool light on all night, insects will accumulate on the water surface. If/when that happens, we have a pool net available for guest use conveniently located in the pool area. Also, our local caretaker, Mercy, is always willing to help and is just a phone call away. Regarding the layout of the house, as reflected in the property description and in the floor plan that is posted in the photos section, Seaview Villa has two bathrooms, and each bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. As many of our guests have commented in their reviews, this layout is great for families. We hope that your three-star review of our home is not a reflection of your overall visit to Eleuthera. The perfect get away

Seaview Villa is a lovely property, well maintained and the perfect spot for a family vacation. Mark has thought of everything, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool was great and very clean. Close enough to good restaurants, amazing beaches and grocery shopping, yet off the beaten path with the most amazing sea views. Mark was very easy to reach if needed and always responsive to my communications. I highly recommend this home for that slow down the world and recharge vacation. Just what we needed.

Seaview Villa

This vacation rental is fantastic. From the pool to steps from the ocean, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We arrived on December 30 and spent a week and were never without anything to do. We snorkeled right at the beach, paddled the double kayaks and relaxed in and around the pool. We did have a few bouts with loss of power but Mercy the caretaker and the owner were very diligent and responsive when it occurred. Would advise buying your produce etc at Island Farms which is just a 10 minute from from the vacation rental. Otherwise there are a couple of small grocery stores in Govenors Harbour. We had a great stay

Stunning Villa - Exceeded All Expectations!!

The villa was even better than the photos online and the view was spectacular. So clean and fresh, and views of the ocean from all of the front rooms was unbelievable. Our family arrived Christmas Eve and had the fridge fully stocked which saved us for the two first days (Christmas Day and Boxing Day). The communication with the host was exceptional and he replied very quickly and was always checking in on us. The beach’s to the right and to left of the villa were amazing - can walk either way (low tide) for hours and find other amazing beaches for snorkelling and swimming (completely private other than the other people from the other villas on the beach). But we were the only ones on the beach for the entire week. If you want to go to Eleuthera, Seaview Villa is a must for you to stay. Thank you Mark for sharing your villa and Merci for making sure we were set for the Holidays. Great way to start the new year.

“Best vacation of my life”

As our family of five sat by the pool side on our last night, staring out at the thousands of stars up above in the black sky , we spend our last night on this beautiful island thinking about our vacation. Or three young adult children, so used to the hustle and bustle and technology of today’s world, all gave a resounding “best vacation of my life“ review. They appreciated the disconnect, the quiet, and the friendliness of the island. The homeowner was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the island, and hospitable. The homes caretaker, Mercy, was also a wealth of knowledge and comfort. I could go on for paragraphs, but I won’t, just know we’ve already referred this homeowner and the beautiful island of Eleuthera to our family and friends. My husband and I expect that when we return, our family will probably have grown, and this large spacious, updated home, will accommodate that as well. Thank you to Mark and Mercy. We miss you already

Post-pandemic family reconnection

After two years of canceled vacations because of the pandemic, we needed a place to just get away and to reconnect as a family. Eleuthera and Seaview Villa was the perfect destination and the perfect house for our family of four. The beach was beautiful - filled with reefs and sea life. The pool was inviting and well used by all of us. The amenities of the house were a huge plus. While North Palmetto Point lost power and water service frequently during our stay, it really didn’t affect us as the house has a backup generator and it’s own water cistern. The location was ideal because it was a short drive to grocery stores, urgent care, and restaurants but, yet, far enough away to be very secluded. We shared our beach with no one! Being in central Eleuthera was also nice in that we were easily able to make day trips to the far northern end and far southern end of the island. Any issues we may have had were quickly addressed by Mark and/or Merci. Our family agreed that this was our best vacation yet. Seaview Villa will be on our list for a revisit!

Seaview Villa was the most spectacular house out of three visits to the island. It accommodated six people comfortably, well enough to come together, but also separate. The beach is the best area we have encountered thus far, great for snorkeling and wading. The pool was the center of fun! We relaxed, we played, we floated, we tanned and we admired the bird or birds we named, "Charlie or Charley" who came for sips of water. The water filtration system came in handy when we were unable to make it to the store on time upon arrival (the fridge ice maker worked well too!) We rented our SUV from Big Daddy's, who was very accommodating when we broke down over an hour away from the house. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up and returned the repaired vehicle the same evening, allowing us to make it to Tippy's for my husband's birthday dinner. Everything you need to cook, shower, play, and relax are available in this fabulous house. You will not be disappointed from the very first step inside. The views are so sensational it becomes euphoric, allowing for total and pure relaxation from the busy life we lead. Must Do's: Harbor Island, Tippy's (live music nights), Sapphire Blue Hole, Preacher's Cave, Devil's Backbone, Cleaomie's massage, and Goombay Punch. 😊 Thanks for the memories! Best family vacation yet!

This was our first time visiting Eleuthera. Thankfully the Bahamas opened up to tourism July 1st after being closed for nearly 4 months due to Covid 19. Their requirements to travel were simple and to the point. You must present a negative Covid Test, taken within 10 days of your flight, and an electronic health visa upon entry. We got our test back in 3 days and as soon as I applied for the health visa I received a confirmation email Instantaneous allowing us entry to the Bahamas. We were all set! The only requirement my wife and daughter had was choosing a house with a pool, and I wanted to be centrally located on the island. We began shopping around, and contacted several listings in this area. By far, Mark was the most informative and flexible during these times. Communication is huge to me and that was the deciding factor. Once we arrived at Seaview Villa on July 4th I knew right away we had chosen the right property. The view is spectacular! The house and pool were perfect for us. We lost power for almost 24 hours and the back up generator never missed a beat. That was huge! We only saw one other couple one the beach the entire 8 day we were there. We can not wait to get back! Thank you Mark and Sarah for sharing your amazing home in paradise!
