Groups of up to 12 can split naturally by floor — three bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen upstairs; three bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry downstairs. No one is on top of each other, and everyone has their own space to decompress.

Four parking spots for a group home in Seattle is genuinely rare — most large group homes in the city offer one or two spots at most. Combined with Othello Light Rail a short drive away, guests can split between car and transit without anyone being left without options.

THE HOME

Two full floors, each with three private queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. The upper floor has the main living room, kitchen, and dining area. Bedroom 1 on the upper floor has a private en-suite bathroom with tub — ideal for the guest who wants complete privacy. The remaining five bedrooms share two full bathrooms, one per floor. The indoor gas fireplace in the upper living area is the home's gathering point for evenings in.

Seward Park and Lake Washington are 10 minutes south for outdoor days.
