Step into comfort and style at this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath Heritage Villa in the heart of Sea Pines. Thoughtfully designed with coastal touches and modern finishes, this spacious villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.
Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, offering ideal privacy for families or groups of up to ten. The primary suite includes a king bed, while the two additional guest rooms provide two full beds each.
The fully updated kitchen opens to a comfortable living and dining space, creating a great flow for gathering. Step outside to your private patio, surrounded by lush landscaping, and enjoy meals or evening drinks in the beautifully furnished outdoor seating area.
Whether you're winding down after a beach day or getting ready for a Harbour Town adventure, this villa offers a relaxing retreat with all the comforts of home.

We had a great time ,everything run smooth and specially the communication with the host. The villa was spacious and was up to every need. Very roomy and updated. Close to shops,coffee shops and restaurants. We sure stay here again

Overall everything was great. Location by Harbor Town is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and tons to do. Played pickleball, road bikes and walked the beach.

The host was very easy to work with and immediately got back to me when I had questions. The property was fabulous for our group of 8 and the dog— spacious and comfortable. And of course the location is wonderful and an easy walk to Harbor Town. We will definitely book here again!

This property was wonderful. It is in the beautiful Sea Pines gated community on the golf course. It was well equipped and extremely clean. The management team answered every question we had and responded quickly. We had a terrific time. We highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Hilton Head, and will definitely book it again on a return visit. This is a 5 star property!

Fantastic communication! Checked on us more than once/ so nice! Clean and very comfortable. Located close to everything- bike/walk within minutes to so many things, including Harbor Town. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice golf course view!

The townhome was exactly or better than the photos. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, cutlery, etc and the unit was very big and spacious for our party of 6. Having a bathroom for each room was great and the process to check in and out was extremely easy. Would highly recommend this unit. It was also very close to Harbor Town, within walking distance and in a very secure area of Hilton Head Island. 10/10.

This property was exceptional! Great space, beautifully decorated, and had all the essentials for a family with 2 toddlers to maintain routines. Close to the beach, stables, and Harbour Town.
