Our furnished studio apartment offers a comfortable and easy stay for up to two guests. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, TV, and a clean private bathroom, giving you everything you need to settle in and relax. The well-equipped kitchen—complete with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher—makes cooking at home simple and convenient. You’ll also have in-unit laundry and reliable WiFi, adding to the comfort and practicality of the space.



The studio is set in a welcoming neighborhood close to shops, cafés, and green spaces, so it’s easy to enjoy the area whether you’re running errands, grabbing a bite, or taking a peaceful walk.

The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood offers a relaxed, welcoming vibe with plenty to enjoy just steps away. You can grab a delicious plant-based meal at Loving Heart Vegan Cafe in about two minutes, or treat yourself to a drink from Drink Happy Thoughts just a few minutes farther. Jewel-Osco is a quick three-minute walk for everyday essentials, and Target is also close by for anything else you might need. For outdoor time, Clarendon Community Center Park is only a short stroll away, and Montrose Beach is just a few minutes’ drive, perfect for enjoying lake views and fresh air. A convenient, easygoing area with lots to explore nearby.



Getting Around:

Getting around the area is easy and convenient, with several transit options just steps from your door. The Montrose & Hazel bus stop is only about a one-minute walk, while the Montrose & Sheridan stop is just three minutes away, and the Sheridan & Broadway/Montrose stop is only a minute or two farther. If you prefer the train, the Wilson station is roughly an eight-minute walk, making it simple to reach the rest of the city. Overall, it’s a very accessible neighborhood whether you’re commuting, exploring, or running errands.
