Our 2-bedroom apartment is fully furnished and perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s got a kitchen if you feel like cooking, a bathroom to freshen up, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is spot-on, close to all the cool spots – cafes, shops, and easy transport. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, it’s a great base to do both.



The Space:

The living area is inviting and comfy, with a sofa to kick back on, a TV to unwind, and a dining table for meals or hanging out. The kitchen’s fully stocked with all the appliances and essentials you’ll need, whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or a full dinner.



Both bedrooms come with cozy queen-sized beds, so you can rest up after a day of sightseeing or work. There's also one bathroom, and WiFi throughout to keep you connected. Our apartment is in a great location, close to everything you’ll want to explore, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time.



*Be advised: Our place is near the train station, so you might hear trains occasionally. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs to sleep more comfortably.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Situated in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, within the vibrant Lake View East area, this location is celebrated for its lively atmosphere, diverse dining scene, and close proximity to Lake Michigan. The neighborhood blends historic charm with modern conveniences, attracting both locals and visitors. Nearby dining options include favorites like Scooter’s Frozen Custard, Frasca, and Paulina Market, catering to a range of tastes from casual snacks to fine dining.



Getting Around:

Public transit options are convenient with the Brown, Red, and Purple CTA Lines and nearby bus stops within walking distance, providing quick access to downtown and other neighborhoods. The area is very walkable, with coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and boutiques close by. Divvy bike stations and the scenic lakefront trail offer great biking opportunities. Street parking is available, though some areas may require permits, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible.



Other Things to Note:

Only cats are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $75 per pet. Pets may not be left unattended unless properly crated and must observe designated quiet hours. For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed on furniture.



Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.
