Located just under half a mile from the private beach and adjacent to the main resort complex, this newly renovated suite offers easy access to top‑tier amenities and a refreshed, modern place to unwind. Recent updates include brand‑new flooring, revitalized bathrooms, and a fresh coat of paint that brightens the entire space.
The highlight amenity is full access to Litchfield by the Sea, including exclusive guest‑only beach access. Tee off at four centrally located golf courses, explore scenic trails, enjoy the tennis courts, or relax by the tranquil fishing lake. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Minimum age of 21 to rent condo.
**Guests do not have access to pools, only private beach area**
We supply starter kits for essentials such as toilet tissue, bath soap, etc...guests are responsible for extra supplies if needed. This is a private condo at the resort, not managed by the front desk.
Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):
1. optional $45.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout
