Cons: There were some ants, which the must have been aware of, since there were ant traps, not all the doors shut, much of decor was crooked (I'm a little OCD), but it was good beachy decor, there are seagull that eat crabs on the roof of room-A, which I don't know how that can be controlled, but the crab parts land all over the steps, which is not ideal. Pros: The AC worked great, the rooms were fairly spacious, the cookware was helpful (the small fry pan was a bit seasoned), very close to the beach and boardwalk and great location overall, parking was confusing, but good. The company that oversees the property was not the best to deal with. I had an issue and they has sent a handyman to fix it, but not scheduled anything with us, and when we couldn't let them in right away, they said they would reschedule. We never heard back. Additionally, I had an issue with opening the outside door around 9:30PM and didn't hear back for over two hours. Luckily Another tennet we met earlier was helpful enough to let us in. We briefly met the owner who we thought was fantastic. She had swung by the change a couple shower curtains and was also the person I called for a parki g issue who instantly cleared things up. Not a bad place overall, but after seeing some of the other options and prices, along with the cons, I would likely venture elsewhere in the future.
