The space
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed, the second a king bed, and the third a full bed. An additional sleep space with a full bed is off the kitchen. Please note this space does not have a door- it does have a curtain for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***

The neighborhood
This quite residential neighborhood is only a stones throw from Fort Jackson and right off I-77, which make it super convenient for both military graduations and USC/Five Points/Columbia downtown. It is a well established neighborhood surrounded by lakes and heavily wooded, which makes for a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. We respect our neighbors, so we have a very strict policy of NO PARTIES or loud outdoor noise. If you are looking to spend time with family, this is a great place! If you are looking to throw a large party, this is NOT the place for you.
Getting around
Definitely recommend to have a car or plan to take uber/lyft/cab.
Other things to note
***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We do NOT allow any parties or loud outdoor noise that would disturb our neighbors. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with guests
We have automated check-in so that you can come and go at your leisure with maximum privacy and security. That said, we are always available if you need to call or message us on the app.
