The apartment is located in a condominium with outstanding infrastructure, just a few steps from one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Florianópolis: Campeche beach.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, organized, well-equipped, excellently located and secure place.
The 73.19m² property has a suite with a QUEEN BED, a bedroom with a DOUBLE BED, a living room with a 50" SMART TV and a balcony with a barbecue. All rooms have AC SPLIT (HOT AND COLD).

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
