The room was good, beds were comfortable and it was clean for the most part. There are several light switches that don’t work, the master patio door doesn’t lock. We always enjoy our time at Seachase though, been coming here 10 years now. The rate was a bit expensive compared to some others and the check in process could definitely be updated to contactless via a key pad vs driving to an offsite location before and after our stay to drop off keys the old fashioned way. We loved the view and pools as always! We will be back!

Rooms were all very nice with comfortable beds. Big TV in living room which was very nice to watch movies with everyone kitchen not well stocked. Master bath tub was dirty. Sofas in living room were stained and dirty but comfortable to sit on. No ice machine Just ice in fridge which is not enough when you are packing a cooler for the beach Great view of ocean and location

Last Minute Getaway

Loved this condo!!! Was hoping that balcony and balcony furniture were suitable since there were no pics. We were not disappointed! Fantastic views! Kitchen is well appointed! Beds comfy! Plenty of towels for the 4 of us! Our stay was Sept 10-13 and the crowds were nowhere to be found. We had pools and hot tub to ourselves most days. No waiting to get in restaurants either! The folks at Brett Robinson were very friendly. This is our second time at Seachase and we really love it!

Condo needs improvements

There was broken tiles on the patio, patio door did not lock and we went with a 3 and 6 year old. Sand was everywhere including beds on arrival. Also, I was not a fan on the check in process. It was inconvenient to check in and out all the way across town - maybe a key pad would help

Fix air issue

Air NEVER got cool…bought fans at Walmart. Sofa desperately needs replacing.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. It's disappointing when the air conditioning doesn't function properly, especially in warm weather. Additionally, if the sofa was uncomfortable or in poor condition, it can detract from the overall comfort of your stay. They may be able to address the air conditioning problem and consider replacing the sofa to improve future guest experiences. Plan showers ahead

Unit has a great layout and the beach view was phenomenal. Excellent patio furniture and we enjoyed using the patio very much. The communication with the management company was poor. On Tuesday afternoon we came up from the beach to shower and get ready for dinner. Hot water lasted for maybe 10 minutes. Needless to say all showers were cold. The master bath shower faucet broke and we had to rig it. We called to place a work order Tuesday. They didn’t come to check on the water or the faucet till Thursday. We were told, “you have hot water, but the tank in this unit is very small. You can’t take showers at the same time. They probably should have told you this. I know this is probably not what you want to hear while on vacation. We keep telling them (I’m assuming the owner/management company) they need to update the size of the water heater.” We managed around it.The service guy was great but he came at 10:20 in the evening after I specifically asked them to not come after 10:00. This is on the management company, not the tech. He did his best, but the situation was beyond his scope. The shower faucet was never repaired. Apparently it’s a special order faucet. I know this faucet style can be purchased at any Home Depot. Overall, it’s a great location, but this unit needs some TLC. Pools were great. Unit AC was excellent. Outside of the hot water issue, all the doors stuck when you closed and opened them. Simple adjustments is all they need. Unit needs some love.

Enjoyable getaway!

Enjoyed getting to the beach for a few days after being quarantined for three months! The condo was very comfortable and the listing was accurate.

Great Condo!!!

We stayed a week in this condo and it was great. Great view of the beach and the pool. The balcony has a high top table with 4 chairs. We spent every morning on the balcony with our coffee and most mornings we saw dolphins. The condo is very true to what you see in the pictures. The weather was beautiful all week. SeaChase is a great resort.
