Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Lakeview Vacation Homes! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us immediately during their stay if they experience any issues or have concerns. Our team is readily available and always happy to address anything that may come up to ensure you have the best possible experience. Regarding the grill, our grills receive a thorough deep cleaning annually, along with routine inspections and cleaning throughout the rental season. Upon inspection, we did notice more grease buildup than usual, and our maintenance team promptly addressed and resolved the issue. We also recommend that guests keep a close eye on the grill when cooking foods with higher grease content, as flare-ups can occur. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue maintaining our properties to the standards our guests deserve. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to the beautiful Northwoods in the future! Warm regards, Miranda Property Management Lakeview Vacation Homes
