The main living area offers cozy, communal seating perfect for catching up after a day of exploring. With the beach, and all the amenities of Chaplin community park (a great kid's playground, outdoor basketball courts, public tennis courts, soccer & baseball fields) only a short walk away - there are activities close by for every member of your party.

The fully updated kitchen is a chef’s dream—sleek stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a massive dining table make it easy to cook and gather with your entire group. Signature linens and top-tier bedding ensure a luxurious night’s sleep in every room, with accommodations that sleep a crowd in style: three king beds, two queen beds, a trundle bed, and eight custom-built bunk beds.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom—some en suite—with dual vanities and spa-inspired touches for added comfort and privacy. A full laundry room with a high-capacity washer and dryer makes extended stays effortless.

There’s no shortage of space to spread out and relax. An interior staircase and an elevator (non-ADA compliant) make getting around a breeze. Mix up your favorite drinks at the wet bar, stocked with a mini fridge and beverage cooler, or step outside for some fresh air. The outdoor space is built for fun—grill out, lounge by the pool (with its own full bathroom), challenge your crew to a game of ping-pong, or head up to the rooftop patio to watch the sun set with a cocktail in hand.
