We had a wonderful stay! This cabin was perfect for our first trip to the U.P to explore all of the sights in the area. It was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. The check-in was very easy. Sandra was particularly helpful in answering all of our questions which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait for another trip to this area.

Great spot close to the Shipwreck Museum. right on the water. Grill was ready nice fire pit and chairs, it was great

This small, but quaint, rental is located on the shores of Whitefish Bay offering wonderful views of the sunrise. The unit was clean and adequately appointed. Our communications with our host were perfect and the property manager was available at check-in to answer any questions. She even went back to Paradise to grab a bag of ice for us! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Second time staying at one of the Freighter's View accommodations. The view is unbeatable! Our stay was decent and we will stay again. The stay would have been a 5, except some of the niceties could have been better- enough bowls for 4 people, a mixing bowl, enough toilet paper for the whole stay... as someone who has cleaned numerous rentals for years, maybe I'm just picky. All in all, though, affordable and a nice stay!

Beautiful view and convenient location for the area's offerings. Bed was squeaky when moving but that happens in a damp environment. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

The location is perfect - right on Lake Superior. Sitting by the lake with morning coffee and evening wine & campfire was very peaceful. Place is just as described, which fit our (and our dog’s) needs. We did not find the highway in front of place was an issue at all. Great base camp for exploring Tahquamenon Falls S.P. and the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, which is fascinating. We agree the Wheelhouse Diner is best place to eat. Host was quick to respond to my questions, as well.

The cabin was everything we hoped for. It's cute and cosy. The only thing that would have made it better was warmer weather! Would have loved to spend more time just sitting outside and looking at the Whitefish Bay. Did bundle up to catch a sunrise!

This little cottage on the water was great for our long weekend getaway to the Upper Peninsula. Nicole, called me the day we were checking in and explained everything we needed. The house was convenient to everything in Paradise. Totally recommend this and the Wheelhouse Goat Locker for breakfast and dinner.

The studio on the lake was cozy and clean, it was right on the lake and had a fire pit & chairs to enjoy our evening. 3 of us stayed here and it was perfect! The location is great, close to the beach and falls. And the view on the lake is beautiful

Really pretty view of the lake, Super clean and a rustic experience. The road is close but we found it quiet. We enjoyed the local bar/grill/ sports called the goat locker.

Perfect location just out of town.Came for the museum, falls, bears, and more. Definitely will be coming back for SXS riding or snowmobile.Excellent view, and host are great at giving extra place not on the web to see!
