Solo Vacation

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I had the most incredible view, the beach was absolutely beautiful. Everyone that worked on the property was kind and very helpful. I was traveling alone and never once felt unsafe. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. So thankful this is where I chose to stay. Will book again when I come back to the area.

Great vaca

The views are fabulous. Unit was clean and looked just like it did in the pictures. Great beach access. Only downside was not enough basic supplies such as toilet paper only the roll that was in use, foil or plastic wrap and paper products. Didn’t have a car so was a bit of a hassle to be concerned about that stuff.

Phoenix East Review

We had a top floor ocean facing balcony room. Perfect view.The room was adequately stocked with everything you would need. Good size bedroom with bathroom. Full-size washer and dryer that we did use at the end of the week. Good seating and good size dining table. Great pool and easy access to the beach that we use multiple times a day. Didn’t figure out until the next day that the light switches control some of the outlets. And never could get the light in the bedroom to come on, but we weren’t in there except to sleep anyway. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we’re definitely recommend.

Phoenix East 1508

We enjoyed the place and the view. It was clean but there were some issues: Toaster was broken. AC was extremely loud when kicking on. No bed covers. Dont blame COVID that's a weak and ineffective excuse. Very noisy and uncomfortable pull out couch.

The place needs to be cleaned better lots of dust. Also the bath towels where dirty. I’m glad we bro

The place was ok but it needs to be cleaned better and make sure bath towels are clean in bathroom. The checking was excellent Dylan did a great job in making me welcome. I stayed a extra night due to my granddaughter loving the beach

Great view

Great view for the firework display and of the boats coming in and out of the pass. Very quiet and comfortable room. It was very clean and matched exact description. Balcony was awesome I would definitely stay here again anytime

We are happy you chose to spend your vacation here. You have discovered one of the best views on the island. Between the annual fireworks display and the daily fishing and pleasure boats going through the pass, you got to see it all. Come back and see us again.
