The space:
From this second-floor retreat, the scent of the Pacific and the sound of crashing waves create the ultimate "true local" vibe. Sunlight fills the open layout, highlighting brand-new furniture and high-end linens. Whether you’re here for a surf trip or a business stay, this beautifully designed suite offers a calm, modern sanctuary just a mile from the energy of Downtown Oceanside.

Sleeping arrangements:
The private bedroom features a luxurious King-size bed with premium linens and pillows for a restful night’s sleep. For additional guests, the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed. Fresh bath towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Living area:
The lounge is equipped with a large Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for seamless streaming and video conferencing. Modern furniture and brand-new finishes ensure a professional yet cozy atmosphere.

Kitchen & dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. You’ll find everything needed for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. A dedicated dining area provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or a coastal dinner.

Bathroom:
The dedicated bathroom features a full bathtub and shower along with a well-lit mirror. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Building amenities:
Located on the second floor of a peaceful multi-unit property, the suite offers privacy and comfort. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer on the first level (coin/card operated). A lockbox enables easy self-check-in upon arrival.

Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned between Downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad, you are walking distance to the region's best cafes, craft breweries, and boutiques. Stroll 25 minutes to the Oceanside Pier, bike along the coast, or drive 5 minutes south to explore the charm of Carlsbad Village.

Guest access:
The suite is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Please note that the building is shared with long-term residents, and we ask that guests respect the quiet, local atmosphere of the neighborhood.

Private parking:
You have exclusive access to Garage #1 plus an additional space directly in front of the garage door. Garage code will be provided upon check in.

Street Sweeping:
The city conducts street sweeping on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month before 10:00 AM. Please ensure your vehicle is not parked on the street during this time to avoid a ticket.

Nearby Train:
Oceanside is a historic coastal rail town. While a city noise ordinance has significantly reduced train horn frequency since 2023, you may occasionally hear a distant horn during low-visibility weather.

• Age: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• Pets: Friendly pets are welcome! Please note an additional cleaning fee applies.
