Baldy Basecamp sits at the foot of Bald Mountain's Warm Springs side: about a 3-minute walk to the lifts and Apples Bar & Grill. Sleeps 6 adults in real beds (king, double, two twins) and up to 8 with the queen sleeper sofa. After the mountain: 3 year-round hot tubs, a fireplace, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a free shuttle to downtown Ketchum right outside. A bottle of wine waits for you when you arrive.

SLEEPING
- Main floor living room: queen sleeper sofa, with the fireplace
- Upper floor: primary bedroom with a king bed, plus a second bedroom with two twin beds
- Third-floor loft: double bed
Bathrooms: 1 full bath (shower) and 1 half bath on the main floor.

AFTER SKIING
- 3 year-round hot tubs on the complex, open daily until 10pm
- Fireplace and a wraparound deck
- Fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats the whole group
- In-unit washer and dryer, so wet gear doesn't pile up
- 3 Roku smart TVs, one on each level, plus a 50" Roku TV in the living area

LOCATION
Warm Springs Lodge and the lifts are about 3 minutes on foot, and Apples Bar & Grill is steps away. The free shuttle to Sun Valley Village, Elkhorn and downtown Ketchum stops right outside, so you can leave the car parked. Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) has seasonal direct flights from Seattle, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Denver.

THE RIVER
The Warm Springs River runs just outside the door. In winter it's the quiet backdrop to the hot tubs and the fire.

SUMMER, FALL AND SPRING
- Summer: seasonal pool and kiddie pool (typically July 1 to Sept 15), tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, fly fishing on the river, and lift-served biking and hiking on Baldy a short walk away.
- Fall: Trailing of the Sheep Festival, canyon hikes, and shoulder-season rates.
- Spring: late-season skiing on Baldy while the trails wake up.
